To start working with any offer, a partner can choose one of several landing pages. Each page will be automatically adapted to the language of the GEO in which the offer is promoted.

After choosing the landing page or another creative, you will get a referral link. You can edit and update your campaign — for example, you can add or alter creatives that are used in the campaign. Post-backs will also be shown on this page if you will enable them.

Support and individual terms at Alpha Affiliates

A dedicated manager who is available 24/7 is assigned to each partner. On business days, response time is 15-20 minutes (up to 1 hour in exceptional situations). On weekends, holidays, and after hours, response time may increase. You can ask your manager for new creatives, as well as for individual conditions, such as the commission amount, setting up new payout models, or API setup.

Payouts are done once a month, no later than the 15th of each month, through the following payment methods: Capitalist, BTC, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), WebMoney, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Bank Transfer. There is no hold on payouts, and unscheduled payments could be approved for long-time trusted partners. Until the middle of 2023, no fees are charged for any payouts due to the transition to a new software platform.

In Alpha Affiliates, commission for one brand does not affect commissions for other brands. Negative balance is not carried over to the next month (not applicable to sums more than €10,000 for one brand).
